As Finance Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this journey — driving process excellence, strengthening financial controls, and ensuring the business gets the most from its ERP and integrated systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring ambitious outcomes are delivered and embedded.
- Map, document, and improve processes, with a focus on removing manual inputs and reducing complexity.
- Maintain a finance opportunities register and roadmap, holding the team accountable for actions and delivery.
- Act as Product Owner for the ERP system, driving adoption, efficiencies, and automation across finance functions.
- Support business-wide initiatives that impact finance systems and processes.
- Report regularly to Finance leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Strong financial management expertise with proven experience improving controls and processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Oracle) including procure-to-pay, GL, budgeting/forecasting.
- Experience with integrations and process automation.
- Agile mindset and the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across all levels of the business.
- A practical, commercial approach with the ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities.
- CA (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.
