Due to significant growth they have created a hands-on role at the intersection of commercial finance and business intelligence. You’ll design and deliver insightful Tableau dashboards, provision and blend data partnering across NZ operations to drive pricing, margin and performance decisions. You’ll balance some finance BAU with a strong focus on building the tools and analysis that lift decision quality across the business.
Reporting to the GM Finance key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with teams across Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to delivery reporting
- Design, building and owning Tableau Cloud dashboards
- Blending data to improve integrity
- Supporting finance BAU and providing P&L/profitability analysis
- Working closely with BI/Analytics team as a finance representative
- Lifting BI and analytical capability championing continuous improvement
You will have:
- 5 years+ experience within a similar role
- Strong commercial finance background
- Hands on expertise with Cloud based Tableau
- Experience working with data warehouses
- Have stellar communication skills
You must have previous experience in an analytical role; be a great communicator and able to tell the story around the numbers effectively. A naturally inquisitive style and an ability to challenge the status quo will be traits you will possess. We are looking for a proactive person who will constantly look to add value while bringing a fresh energy to the team. We are seeking a confident Excel user and for this person to be the Tableau champion.
