We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a complex and diverse portfolio across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing competing priorities, managing contractors, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and running efficiently. This includes overseeing maintenance programmes, delivering minor capital works, and managing contractor performance to a high standard. A key part of your role will be maintaining and improving asset data, enabling proactive planning and effective reporting.

- 5+ years’ experience in facilities or property management.
- Proven ability to manage complex and diverse property portfolios.
- Strong contract management experience, with the ability to hold service providers accountable.
- Knowledge of the Building Act, Resource Management Act, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or property (or equivalent experience).
