We are looking for an Enterprise Change Lead
to oversee the strategic change management process during a significant service transition. In this key role, you will manage the change process, focusing on the impact on staff and ensuring their future success in a new operational environment.
In this role you will lead the strategic planning and execution of the change management process, with a focus on staff impact. While you develop and implement change strategies, ensuring a smooth transition aligned with long-term organisational goals.
What you'll bring:
- Strong program leadership experience, with the ability to drive large, complex change initiatives. We'd like to see your proven experience at enterprise-level change.
- Ability to work across all areas of people, process, and technology to drive change outcomes.
- Confidence to lead change initiatives within public sector organisations - you are political savvy and have the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and relationships.
- Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to plan for long-term organisational transformation.
- Experience in organisational development is a bonus!
- 6month contract, part-time hours - 3 days onsite. Potential to becoming a full time role.
