As the data revolution continues, my client is looking for a forward thinking Data Practice Lead to continue the growth in its data offering, lead delivery across key accounts, and grow a high-performing team that helps clients unlock the power of data.
The Role:
As the Data Practice Lead you will be:
- Leading the data practice across strategy, delivery, and capability growth
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients – guiding architecture decisions, building solutions, and ensuring successful delivery
- Designing scalable and secure data platforms using modern cloud technologies
- Building and mentoring a team of consultants – fostering a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Owning the development of best practices, reusable frameworks, and internal IP to drive value at pace
- Working with sales and account teams to shape solutions, write proposals, and contribute to business development
To be a success in the role you will have:
- A strong background in data engineering with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade solutions in cloud environments
- Expertise in tools/platforms like Azure, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks etc
- Ideally come with leadership experience – either projects or people.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with clients and stakeholders at all levels
