A leading corporate communications consultancy based in Auckland is looking for a talented and commercially minded SAM to join their growing team.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an agency environment, who thrives in fast-paced settings and brings a strong understanding of the corporate affairs landscape in New Zealand.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering strategy, implementation, reporting, and results
- Provide high-quality counsel and lead day-to-day client relationships
- Develop and pitch compelling media stories, using your knowledge of the NZ media landscape
- Contribute to new business development and identify organic growth opportunities
- Collaborate with a smart, down-to-earth team that values excellence, honesty, and curiosity
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate communications consultancy (agency experience is a must)
- Proven expertise in corporate affairs, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy
- Outstanding writing, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset and collaborative working style
- A relevant tertiary qualification (communications, journalism, politics, or similar)
