What you'll be doing:
- Lead, coach and inspire a talented Communications team – building a culture of support, performance, and continuous growth.
- Help shape and deliver the overarching communications strategy, including establishing new digital channels and improving existing ones.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational excellence and the customer experience.
- Provide your team with the right tools, training, and mentoring to thrive.
- Proactively identify and mitigate reputational risks in a dynamic environment.
- 10+ years’ experience in communications or journalism, with recent experience in a media manager or equivalent role.
- A strong background in digital channels, with the ability to advocate for and influence improvements.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a high-performing team.
- A strategic mind with the ability to execute tactically and deliver under pressure.
- Experience in communications, social media and digital strategy development.
