  • Lead the group-wide digital transformation programme.
  • Own enterprise cybersecurity, information security and regulatory.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of innovation, agility and excellence.
  • Partner with the CEO and ELT on M&A technology, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration as the group continues its expansion
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics, predictive modelling and generative AI to create measurable improvements in business performance and scaling.
Ideal Background
  • 10+ years senior IT collaborative leadership experience gained in complex and highly regulated industries (preferred, but not essential)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies that deliver clear commercial and operational outcomes
  • Deep expertise across infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data architecture & governance,  systems and digital transformation
