Auckland | Large-Scale Technology Transformation
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major technology transformation programme. Reporting into senior leadership and embedded within the Programme, you’ll play a key role in supporting a large number of employees through significant change.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver change plans
- Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure organisation-wide readiness.
- Partner with BAs and project teams to confirm impacts and align solutions.
- Lead comms and training to build awareness and adoption.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, technology-driven change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Background in ERP/CRM or similar transformation programmes.
- Confident communicator with a structured, outcomes-focused mindset.
