We’re partnering with a leading organisation on a major digital transformation programme. They’re building a next-generation platform that will streamline the way products are delivered to market.
As part of this newly established agile team, you’ll play a key role in integrating internal services with a third-party digital platform. This is a hands-on BA role suited to someone who can move confidently between business and technical conversations, shape clear requirements, and support a fast-paced delivery squad.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clarity of objectives and delivery outcomes
- Translating business goals into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Supporting a Scrum team through backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and workshops
- Leading requirements gathering for system integration components
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong systems integration background
- Proven experience delivering projects in Agile / Scrum environments
- Confidence with feature modelling techniques, backlog creation, and prioritisation
- Exceptional communication skills — able to engage comfortably with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- High-quality documentation skills
- Experience in the insurance sector and/or using Azure DevOps (desirable)
