We’re on the hunt for an experienced Automation Tester
to support a financial services business through a critical upgrade of their Finance Management System.
They need an extra set of hands to ensure testing is thorough, efficient, and aligned to their go-live in October.
This is a 3 month contract
- you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to review existing test cases, identify gaps, build out a robust test plan, and lead the charge on a range of testing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and analysing existing test cases to identify gaps
- Creating new test cases and scenarios where needed
- Building and delivering a test plan for the system upgrade
- Executing tests, logging defects, and collaborating with stakeholders on resolution
- Participating in and supporting a range of testing
- Providing regular updates and a final test completion report
- Automating test cases using tools like Playwright(or similar), where possible
- Proven experience as an Automation Tester(intermediate level)
- Exposure to financial systems(bonus for NavOne, Business Central, or Dynamics CRM)
- Familiarity with API testing and integrated system environments
- Strong test planning, execution, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication – you’ll be liaising directly with internal stakeholders
