Lee-Anne is a specialist in technology and business transformation recruitment, based in Auckland, New Zealand. With more than 20 years’ experience across New Zealand and South Africa, she partners with high-performing organisations and leaders to help them hire the right people and build teams that deliver results.
Her career began in software development and implementation consulting before she discovered her true passion in recruitment. Over the years, she has built deep expertise across permanent, fixed-term, and contracting roles, supporting clients through growth, change, and transformation. She has also worked as a work–life balance consultant within the technology sector, bringing a unique perspective to the importance of people and culture in high-pressure industries.
Lee-Anne holds an MA in Psychology (University of Johannesburg) and has built her reputation on long-term relationships, continuity, and exceptional outcomes. She thrives on connecting with technology professionals, understanding their career goals, and helping them achieve success.
Beyond her recruitment career, Lee-Anne is a member of the South African Kiwi IT group and has contributed her skills through Dress for Success, running Job Search Readiness training programmes at the Auckland Region Women’s Corrections Facility. Earlier in her career, she facilitated similar training programmes at the Johannesburg Maximum Security Prison for Women—initiatives that reflect her belief in the power of skills, confidence, and opportunity to transform lives.
