My Biography

Lachlan joined Momentum in August 2021 as a Sourcing Specialist, after beginning his post-university career in the Banking sector, initially in the Retail bank then moving into the People team. Having started a Law degree at Victoria, he discovered he really loved one of his electives (Human Resources), which led to him changing his degree and graduating with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing.

During his time in the People team, Lachlan realised that helping people match their skills to job opportunities was his passion and followed that passion to secure a job with Momentum. leading him to his position as Associate Consultant. He prides himself on his communication skills and positive attitude and looks forward to developing relationships with our candidates.

My Why

Working in the recruitment industry helps me positively influence people’s everyday lives. Work is a large part of everyone’s day-to-day life and at Momentum, I can help match people’s skills and experience with the best opportunity for them.

My two dogs, music, and sunscreen!

My Weekend

The weekend is filled with going to cafes with friends, taking the dogs on adventures, and of course a little bit of Netflix binging at the end of the day.

Turning my flat into an indoor rain-forest and not killing any of the plants…yet!
