Natasha comes from a varied background of Account Management and Client Relationship Building roles within both the Recruitment and Travel Industries. Starting her career early on working in the travel industry helped Natasha to build a strong foundation on what it means to over deliver on client expectations and the importance of listening to client needs. Stepping forward from there and working in a variety of PA and EA roles early on in her career gave Natasha not only an expert knowledge of the Business Support space but also opened her up to the world of recruitment which she instantly fell in love with. Now fast forward with 9 years experience in the recruitment industry Natasha has been previously recruiting within the office support, finance, accounting and health spaces. Focusing now solely on the Business Support space within the Auckland Momentum team Natasha’s strengths are attention to detail, integrity and speed to market to ensure that her clients have what they need when they need it. Now predominantly based out in the South/East Auckland area, Natasha is specifically focusing on providing support to clientele in a wider reach area from the CBD and finding them those hidden star candidates.

My husband and three little ones who are my world! (And maybe a supply of Corona)
Spend time with my family and friends – beach and BBQs in summer, and movies in winter.
The births of my three children are definitely my biggest accomplishments. Aside from that, the amazing people I have worked with so far in my career are who have shaped the success I have had.
If I could choose any job in the world, it would be being paid to travel the world and try out new resorts and restaurants – just to get my opinion!
