Lauren is our all-important Office Manager and Receptionist for the Wellington office. After completing volunteer work in Fiji teaching primary school children, Lauren joined us in New Zealand to start her career. Previously, Lauren held roles overseas as a Client Services Executive and Supervisor that looked after teams of up to 12 people. Lauren’s background has consistently been focused on developing her organisational and people management skills, which is well-placed within her new role at Momentum. Bringing drive and enthusiasm to her work, Lauren is an asset to the Wellington family.
I get to meet so many new like-minded people that have come to the other side of the world to create or experience a new life. It’s so interesting to hear their stories and of course really exciting to be the first person they meet when they come to find a role in New Zealand.

I’d like to say I’m super active and get myself up early to explore New Zealand, however I’m normally just exploring lots of food and wine with friends!
Leaving the UK on my own and managing to create a new life on the other side of the world.
If I wasn’t doing this job I would love to be a Graphic Designer.
