Proven experience in internal communications within a large corporate environment is a must for this contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the tools, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality communications that engage employees across multiple business units, functions, and locations.
This is not a people leadership role. Instead, you'll be the trusted communications specialist who can confidently manage competing priorities, build strong relationships across the business, and deliver effective communications with minimal direction.
About the Role Reporting into a senior communications leader, you'll play a key role in supporting business-wide communication initiatives while helping leaders connect employees to organisational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering internal communication plans and campaigns
- Creating engaging content across multiple internal channels
- Managing and maintaining intranet content and information architecture
- Supporting executive and leadership communications
- Writing, editing, and publishing content for newsletters, announcements, and employee updates
- Advising stakeholders on communication approaches and best practice
- Supporting organisational change, transformation, and business initiatives through effective communication
- Monitoring communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working across a diverse range of business units to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent, and relevant
