Reference Checks

Momentum has established a robust procedure of reference checking.

As a candidate, you'll be expected to put forward the names of two referees. You should select your referees with care: a strong recommendation by a well-placed referee can be one of the deciding factors in the selection process.

As a standard measure, we interview both of your referees. The basis of these interviews is a carefully developed, standard list of questions. This question list may be added to, guided by specific client requirements arising from the client interview or psychological assessment.
